By ordering, accessing, using or purchasing Sophisticated Skincare ("Product") through this website or related websites (collectively the "Website"), you are agreeing to be bound by, and are becoming a party to, this Agreement. We may at our sole and absolute discretion change, add, modify, or delete portions of this Agreement at any time without notice. It is your sole responsibility to review this Agreement for changes prior to use of the Website or purchase of the Product.

This Agreement is between Sophisticated Skincare and you ("you" or "Customer") This Section sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to the use by you of the website (as defined below) and any other subscription product or service offered for sale by Sophisticated Skincare and/or its affiliates.

The right to use any product or service offered by Sophisticated Skincare is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity. Sophisticated Skincare reserves the right to make changes to the website, policies, and these terms at any time without notice

By placing an order, you agree to the full terms and conditions and privacy policy as well as enrollment into our monthly auto-ship program where you will immediately be billed the shipping and handling amount of $4.95 and we will immediately shipment of Sophisticated Skincare. You have a 45 day trial period. Your trial will begin upon receipt of Sophisticated Skincare. After your Sophisticated Skincare trial (14 days) has ended, your credit card will then be automatically charged the full retail price of $89.92 and you will be shipped a recurring supply of Sophisticated Skincare every 30 days unless you take action to cancel your trial. For all MasterCard transactions ONLY, within 10 DAYS, you will receive an email requiring your response to activate the monthly auto-ship program. If you are happy with Sophisticated Skincare, you are required to consent to the monthly auto-ship program in order to receive additional Sophisticated Skincare. You will be charged $4.95 (including $4.95 shipping and handling) for each recurring product that has shipped to you until you cancel. If our product is not right for you, simply call 833-604-0231, contact us via email at, or click on the CANCELLATION LINK to cancel your auto-ship membership. Shipment typically takes 10 DAYS. Your credit card will be billed as “SophisticatedSkincare” on your statement.

Trial System Offer is designed to display the quality and effectiveness of Sophisticated Skincare. This gives you the opportunity to try this program for just the cost of shipping and handling so you can come to a decision for yourself if this is the right product for you. Upon ordering, you agree to pay $4.95 shipping and handling for the trial bottle as well as agree to enrollment in the Sophisticated Skincare Preferred Member Program. If you are enjoying the product, do nothing and in 15 days from the date of trial purchase you will be charged the low rate of $89.92 for the trial product you have received. The Trial period is 10 Days with 4 days added to cover the shipping time. Total trial length is 14 days. On the 45th day from your initial trial order and every 30 days thereafter you will be sent another 1 month supply of Sophisticated Skincare and your credit card on file will be billed the Member's Discount rate price of just $89.92 (Plus $4.95 S&H). Please remember that most customers see noticeable results after using this product consistently for at least 3 months.

Cancellation Policy

You are not obligated to remain in the program after you receive your Trial Offer of Sophisticated Skincare and you can cancel anytime within the 14 day trial period or anytime thereafter by contacting Customer Support. If You are not satisfied with the product and wish to cancel future deliveries of the Product, you must cancel before your 14 day trial period is over. You may cancel your enrollment by calling 833-604-0231 Monday to Friday 9AM to 9PM EST and Saturday 10AM-4PM. We are closed on Sunday.. The Transaction will show on your Credit Card statement as SophisticatedSkincare. Trial Membership is the 14-day trial of the product.  If the customer does not cancel their trial, then every 30 days they will be shipped a new month supply until they pause or cancel. 30-day money back guarantee.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. We ship the day after you place your order. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Packages will arrive within 3-5 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.

Refund/Return Policy

We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If you are not satisfied with your trial for any reason, simply contact us at 833-604-0231 within 14days of placing your order to to cancel your trial. No further charges will be made.

If You wish to cancel future deliveries of the Product and You are within the Trial Period, then You need to call customer service department at  833-604-0231 . If You wish to cancel future deliveries of Product outside of the Trial Period, then You must call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at  833-604-0231  and request that such future shipments be terminated. Your request for termination will be processed immediately.

You are not required to return your trial product.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
